	<title>Low Carb Diet Foods</title>
	<description>

With all the popularity of the low carb diets, food manufacturers quickly caught on that there was a lot of money to be made selling low carb diet foods. Now you can find low carb diet foods in almost every supermarket and many of them even have one whole section that is only for the low carb diet foods that they sell. The thing is that many of these foods are really not that good for you as they contain a lot of sweeteners, fillers, and preservatives - none of which do a body any good. So why do we keep consuming all of the pre-packaged, pre-prepared low carb diet foods?

Dieting made easier?
Most of us have very busy schedules, and even if we don't, there are not many of us who are all that keen on cooking night after night, especially when we are trying to lose some weight through a particular diet. It can be difficult, and very time consuming, to try and figure out just what it is that you are allowed to eat and then come up with recipes and meals that can be made on a regular basis. Studies have shown that people who purchase, and actually read, the book that was written by the developer of the diet that they have chosen have a much better chance of success than those who simply try and "wing it" without having the proper background and information.

The book will contain a primer on the diet itself and tell you why it is that you are doing what you are doing and how it is effecting your body. It will also include a carb counter table telling you the amount of carbs that are in many of the most common foods. Also included will be a few recipes to get you started on your first few meals asa a low carber. You will get increasingly familiar with all of the ins and outs of the diet as every day goes by, until soon you will no longer have to refer to the book for most things as you will already know most of the low carb diet foods that you like to eat.
