The ingredients are the same (with very slight variations) and there is virtually no difference in taste with these low carb cooking recipes. Cheesy Chicken Casserole
half dozen chicken breast halves 
one 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli
one cup cream
one cup half-n-half milk mixed with water 
one pound mascarpone cheese
one teaspoon salt
three-fourths teaspoon garlic powder
one and a half cups grated Parmesan
one small chopped onion
one bay leaf
two garlic cloves
three celery tops

Instructions
Simmer chicken until tender (add chopped onion, salt, bay leaf, garlic cloves and celery tops) 
After chicken cools, take it out and take off skin and bones
Slice up chicken thinly
Cover and put in refrigerator
Sixty minutes prior to serving cook and drain broccoli and add to bottom of casserole dish (two-quart)

Heat oven to about 350 degrees
Mix cream, mascarpone, garlic powder, salt and half-n-half mixture in hot water (not boiling) until hot and smooth
Add three-fourths cup of Parmesan and stir
Add one cup of cream sauce over the broccoli
Place chicken on top
Spread rest of sauce over chicken and add the rest of the Parmesan sauce
Bake for half an hour at 350 degrees
