	<title>Carb Counts</title>
	<description>
Here's a good example of complex carbohydrates. It's not so much that you can't ever eat a potato under the diet of the genius Dr. Atkins; it's just that each carb counts, so you must keep track of all that enter your body. Behold this complex carbohydrate imagery:

What you do not want to do is run up those carb counts so high that you never want to look at yourself in the mirror again. It is not as if counting carbs is the most important thing you will ever do, as you need them to survive, but you need to be just a little bit careful.

Instead of eating all of those, just eat one. Each carb counts!
Right. Very well spoken by us, if we do not say so ourselves. They all count!

Sorry to sing our own praises on that one but you have to admit, we have a point. A very valid one at that. You have to wonder why people ever think to themselves that they have to keep their carb counts to an absolute minimum. You're going to need good carbs as energy to burn and you need energy in order to exercise and you need to work out in order to really be healthy. You do not have to be some world class decathlete all of a sudden but a little activity here and there (like 30 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week) sure is good for you. This is why carb counts are important. Not just to keep low, just to keep in mind. If you have too many it is bad. If you have too few it is also very bad. Keep it straight and check your head. Do not get delusional on us.

Let's hear it one more time.
We want to see you all on your feet.
You can do this, people. Together, as one!
Each carb counts! Eat smart, be strong, live long!
Everybody give it up for the Low Carb Wizard. Alacazam!
